My client is seeking an experienced Pre-Issue Fee Earner to manage a varied caseload of Housing Disrepair claims, handling matters through the pre-action stage and securing positive outcomes for tenants.
What You'll Be Doing:
You'll manage a varied caseload of housing disrepair matters from initial instruction through the pre-issue stage, ensuring clients receive exceptional service throughout the claims process.
What you'll bring:
- Experience handling Housing Disrepair claims
- Strong knowledge of the Housing Conditions Claims Protocol and civil procedure
- Excellent client care, communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to review surveyors' reports and assess liability and causation
- Experience managing a busy caseload independently
- Proclaim experience desirable
