We're looking for an enthusiastic, people-focused Salon Manager to lead our busy Motherwell salon. If you're passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, developing a great team, and driving results, we'd love to hear from you.

We have an exciting Trainee Salon Manager opportunity for the right person, supported by our comprehensive management training programme designed to help you become an exceptional leader.
What you'll be doing
As Salon Manager, you'll be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience while leading and motivating your team to achieve salon targets.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Leading, coaching and inspiring your salon team.
- Delivering exceptional customer service every day.
- Driving sales and achieving business targets.
- Training and developing team members.
- Managing rotas, staffing and daily salon operations.
- Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation and compliance.
- Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues professionally.
- Ensuring the salon is welcoming, energetic and runs smoothly.
What we're looking for
Essential
- Previous Salon Manager, Retail Manager, Store Manager or similar management experience.
OR
- Previous experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader or Assistant Manager with the ambition to progress into management through our Trainee Salon Manager Programme.
You'll also have:
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- A passion for customer service.
- A positive, can-do attitude.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Confidence in achieving sales targets and motivating others.
- Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings and weekends.
