Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Logistics Administrator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and supply chain processes. They will work closely with various departments to facilitate efficient transportation and distribution of goods.
Key Responsibilities:
Transportation Management:
- Arrange and track shipments, including negotiating rates with carriers.
- Coordinate and schedule deliveries and pickups.
- Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and documentation requirements.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Prepare shipping documents, such as Commercial Invoices and customs forms.
- Generating and maintaining reports on all shipments, including but not limited to, Purchase Orders, Tracking Consignments, Chasing POD’s and updating the internal CRM.
Customer Service:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve logistics-related issues promptly through our couriers.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Pass in English and Mathematics a minimum requirement.
- Previous experience preferred but not essential as full training will be given.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving aptitude with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
