Duties
- Perform laser therapy treatments tailored to individual client needs, including hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and other aesthetic procedures
- Conduct thorough consultations to assess client goals, skin type, and medical history, ensuring safe and effective treatment plans
- Apply makeup techniques when appropriate to enhance treatment results or prepare clients for specific procedures
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client questions, explaining treatment processes clearly, and ensuring comfort throughout each session
- Maintain a clean, organized treatment area following health and safety standards
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend suitable skincare routines to optimize results
- Communicate effectively with clients in English to ensure understanding of procedures and aftercare instructions
Qualifications
- Proven experience or training in makeup application is preferred but not required; a willingness to learn is essential
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients and understand their needs
- Excellent communication skills in English to clearly explain treatments and build rapport
- Ability to stand for extended periods during treatments and maintain focus on detail-oriented tasks
- Knowledge of laser safety protocols and aesthetic procedures is advantageous but can be provided through training
- A proactive attitude with enthusiasm for continuous learning in the field of aesthetic therapy
