Three Sisters Community Care are looking to recruit Care Assistants. We currently have full and part time positions available. Applicants need to be willing to work evening shifts and willing to commit to some weekend work- This can be discussed further at interview, but applicants need not apply if they cannot commit to any of the above hours. Applicants must be able to drive and have access to their own vehicle. We do not recruit walkers.
Three Sisters Community Care LLP is a family run home care provider offering home care services to vulnerable adults, the elderly, and adults with mental illness. We offer a range of services including personal care, domestic service, sitting service, continuing care and companionship to enable our service users to retain their independence and dignity within their own home.
We are based on the Hagley Road West and carry out calls in Quinton, Oldbury, Bearwood, Harborne, Weoley Castle, Bartley Green and Halesowen. We only care for people within a 5-mile radius of our office postal address, and all carers are paid a 0.50 per mile petrol allowance and an additional allowance for their travel time between calls.
Three Sisters support all staff through training from induction to the care certificate. After 6 months of employment, we also support staff through their NVQ.
Carers are paid an hourly rate of £13.50, and we constantly review the hourly rate to ensure we remain competitive. Carers are paid holiday, travel time, milage and can opt into a pension and our paid for all training. We pride on ourselves on looking after our staff.
We will be interviewing ASAP with the view for successful applicants to complete induction in August. All applicants must complete an Induction before being able to commence employment.
