Cleaning Nationwide Ltd is looking for reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Construction Cleaners to join our growing team. You will be responsible for carrying out Builders' Cleans and Sparkle Cleans on construction sites, ensuring newly completed buildings are cleaned to the highest standard before handover.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on a variety of construction projects across commercial, residential, education, healthcare, and student accommodation developments.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out Builders' Cleans and Sparkle Cleans to a high standard
- Remove construction dust, debris, paint splashes, stickers, and protective coverings
- Clean internal windows, frames, doors, skirting boards, fixtures, and fittings
- Deep clean kitchens, bathrooms, welfare facilities, and communal areas
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and polish all surfaces
- Ensure properties are presentation-ready for client handover
- Follow health & safety procedures and site rules at all times
- Report any defects or issues to the Site Supervisor
Requirements
- Previous commercial cleaning experience is essential
- Experience in Builders' Cleans or Sparkle Cleans is preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail with a high standard of workmanship
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- CSCS Card (preferred but not essential, depending on site requirements)
- Must be able to travel to different project locations when required
