Job Overview
We are seeking energetic and reliable a Ad hoc Cleaning Operatives to join our team for daytime and evening shifts in and around Bradley Stoke. This flexible role offers the opportunity to contribute to maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environments across various facilities. As a key member of our cleaning team, you will perform a variety of cleaning tasks with enthusiasm and attention to detail, ensuring high standards are consistently met. Duties
- Perform cleaning duties across different areas, including houses, offices, communal spaces, and industrial sites during scheduled shifts
- Maintain cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and waste disposal
- Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards promptly to supervisors for resolution
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used efficiently and stored properly after use
Qualifications
- Previous experience in cleaning or related roles is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness
- Good physical stamina to perform manual tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Pay: £12.75-£12.76 per hour
