Looking to build a long-term career in commercial partnerships?
We're looking for a Partnerships Operations Executive to join one of Manchester's fastest-growing commercial teams. This is an opportunity to build the foundations of a successful partnerships career, learning how major brand relationships are managed before progressing into a client-facing account management role.
Rather than being thrown straight into managing partners, you'll spend your first few months learning the business from the ground up. You'll become an expert in how partnerships are delivered, supporting household-name brands, helping members with queries and ensuring campaigns run smoothly.
It's a role designed to give you the knowledge, confidence and commercial understanding needed to succeed when you begin taking ownership of partner relationships.
What you'll be doing
- Responding to member and partner queries across a variety of campaigns and offers.
- Supporting the day-to-day delivery of commercial partnerships.
- Ensuring partner content, offers and promotions are accurate and up to date.
- Working closely with internal teams to keep campaigns running smoothly.
- Learning how successful partnerships are built, managed and grown.
As you develop, you'll progress into...
- Managing your own portfolio of commercial partners.
- Identifying opportunities to increase partner engagement and revenue.
- Leading commercial conversations with external stakeholders.
- Supporting strategic campaigns and new partnership launches.
- Becoming a trusted commercial contact for key accounts.
We're looking for someone who...
- Wants to build a long-term career in partnerships or account management.
- Is naturally organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Enjoys solving problems and helping customers.
- Has outstanding communication skills and enjoys building relationships.
- Is ambitious, proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced commercial environment.
- Takes pride in delivering a great customer experience.
Why join?
The best Account Managers don't become successful overnight—they build a deep understanding of the customer, the product and the commercial landscape first.
This role gives you exactly that foundation. You'll join a supportive team, work with well-known consumer brands and follow a clear progression path into a fully commercial partnerships role as your experience grows.
Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
