Duties

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sandwich station, adhering to strict food safety guidelines at all times.
- Manage ingredient inventory, restocking supplies as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders accurately and upselling additional items to enhance their experience.
- Follow proper food handling procedures, including portion control and sanitation practices, to promote safety and hygiene.
- Assist in opening or closing duties, including cleaning workstations and documenting daily activities.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy periods and support overall restaurant operations.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in food preparation or restaurant settings is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential.
