We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Conveyancing Solicitor (consultant) to join our legal team. Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end conveyancing processes, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and leasehold transactions
- Provide clear, detailed advice to clients on legal requirements and transaction progress
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, transfer documents, and related legal paperwork with precision
- Coordinate with estate agents, mortgage brokers, surveyors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of transactions
- Maintain meticulous case files and keep all parties informed of progress through regular updates
- Conduct thorough searches and investigations to identify potential issues early in the process
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legal standards and regulatory requirements throughout each transaction
Skills
- Excellent communication skills to clearly explain complex legal concepts to clients and team members

Pay: £25,420.00-£100,000.00 per year
