Job description
The role: As Snr Sous Chef you will assist in leading and managing your kitchen team. Via your head chef.
This will include all aspects of food safety and food management. You will ensure that only good food is sent from your kitchen, leaving our guests delighted with their experience at The Coorie @ The Black Bull every time, We have no front of house/kitchen divides – we are all one team working together to produce the same, fantastic experience for each and every guest who comes to us.
A working schedule (35-48hours) can be negotiated.
£37,440 per year for 48 hour week. (£15 per hour)
1. daily shared tips.
6 weeks paid holiday.
The successful candidate will be a proven leader and talented chef who has high standards. You will be passionate about guest experience and dish quality, ensuring consistency is a key focus in the dishes your team serve. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Flexibility, reliability and great organisational skills are required to meet the needs and demands of this fast paced business.
