Position: Full-Time Night Shift Reception Team Member
Location: Handy Cross, High Wycombe
Shifts: Night shifts, including weekends and holidays (flexibility required)
Your Role:
As a key part of our night team, you’ll ensure guests feel welcome, safe, and comfortable throughout the night. You’ll be involved in a range of duties, including:
- Welcoming guests and handling check-ins and check-outs
- Providing excellent customer service with a friendly smile and helpful attitude
- Managing reservations and answering guest enquiries (phone, email, in-person)
- Light cleaning duties to keep public areas and reception tidy
- Assisting with setting up breakfast areas for the next day
- Serving drinks at the bar (training provided if needed)
- Carrying out night audits and basic admin tasks
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous hotel or customer service experience is ideal, but not essential – we’ll train the right person!
- A calm and confident communicator, even during busy or challenging situations
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Professional, reliable, and always willing to help out
