We are seeking a dedicated Breakfast Cook to join our team at Large Hospitality in the United Kingdom. This role is vital in ensuring our guests enjoy a delightful breakfast experience that reflects our commitment to quality and hospitality. As a Breakfast Cook, you will contribute directly to our mission of delivering memorable stays.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook breakfast items according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure food safety and hygiene regulations are strictly followed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver efficient service.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs for supplies.
- Assist in menu planning and suggest improvements.
- Ensure all dishes are presented attractively and served promptly.
- Support other kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience as a cook or chef, preferably in breakfast or brunch settings.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards.
- Excellent culinary skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and team-oriented attitude.
- Flexibility to work mornings and weekends as required.
