Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Office Role to support our daily operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional support to our team. Responsibilities
- Answering and directing phone calls with professional etiquette
- Managing correspondence via email and postal mail
- Data entry and maintaining accurate records using various software tools
- Organising schedules, appointments, and meetings efficiently
- Preparing reports, documents, and presentations using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Assisting with invoicing and financial record keeping through QuickBooks
- Supporting general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning
- Ensuring the office environment remains tidy and well-organised
Requirements
- Proven office experience or administrative experience
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive)
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is desirable
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Fast and accurate typing skills for data entry tasks
- Good phone etiquette and communication skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Experience in clerical roles or data management is advantageous

Pay: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
