With a flair for innovation, intelligent design and advanced production engineering we supply a diverse range of helical fixings used across the globe in both new and refurbishment market sectors. With helical bars, wall ties and insulation fasteners manufactured all under one roof, we are looking to expand our production facility in Birstall, Leeds by appointing a Shift Supervisor to take the lead on a newly introduced evening shift.
Shift Pattern- 39 Hr Wk
Monday to Thursday 15:30-00:30
Friday 15:30-20:00

Duties
- Working within our manufacturing environment you will play a key role in leading the evening shift to deliver safe, efficient and high quality finished roll-profiled helical fasteners
- You will assume responsibility for evening shift ensuring smooth cross- shift communication and seamless handovers to the Production Team Leader providing updates on the status of key priority items
- Drive compliance with health and safety standards and ensure safe working practices.
Qualifications
- Experience of working within a relevant manufacturing setting in a leadership/supervisory style role
- A hands-on leader who can motivate, develop and support their team.
- Excellent communication, decision-making and organizational capability
- Previous experience of working shift patterns would be desirable
This role is integral to maintaining efficient production operations while fostering a safe working environment through effective leadership.
