Noble Insurance Service is a leading independent insurance broker, who is looking to appoint a highly motivated Customer Service person to join our team with a great attitude to learning.
Office based in Newark, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work within an insurance team and develop a career within a busy insurance brokers office dealing with policies under our specialist schemes section. The ideal candidate will have:
· Customer Service /Insurance knowledge or working within the Insurance industry or other similar financial sectors.
. A knowledge of insurance is desirable .
· Great customer service when speaking to customers, over the phone.
· An enthusiastic and upbeat personality, with a can-do attitude.
· A desire to deliver outstanding customer service to our clients.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Experience of working in an office or call centre environment is desirable, but not essential.
· The ability to work both individually and as part of a team.
· The role will include inbound and outbound calls, new business quotations, renewing current policies, and dealing with any general policy adjustments.
