Are you ambitious, motivated, and looking to build a rewarding career in recruitment? We’re offering an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our growing team as an Apprentice Recruitment Consultant.
In this role, you’ll learn all aspects of the recruitment process — from candidate attraction to client management — while working towards a nationally recognised qualification in Recruitment or Business Administration.
Key Responsibilities
As part of your apprenticeship, you will receive full training and support while gaining experience in:
- Sourcing and screening candidates via job boards and databases
- Supporting consultants with administrative tasks and compliance checks
- Assisting with booking interviews and communicating with candidates
- Chasing timesheets and references
- Building relationships with clients and candidates
- Keeping records and systems up to date
What We’re Looking For

- A strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Confident, friendly, and professional manner
- Organised, reliable, and able to manage your time
- Basic IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths preferred
