The Role:
As Business Administration Support, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of GTEC Training.
Working closely with colleagues, trainers and customers, you will provide administrative and operational support across the business, helping to coordinate training programmes, maintain accurate records and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
This is a varied and rewarding position that would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in being organised and enjoys supporting both people and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support across the business.
- Coordinate training course bookings, schedules and customer communications.
- Prepare training documentation, course materials and learner information packs.
- Maintain accurate records across internal systems and databases.
- Support trainers and operational teams to ensure successful course delivery.
- Produce reports, correspondence and business documentation as required.
- Act as a professional and friendly first point of contact for customers, delegates, trainers and stakeholders.
- Assist with internal projects, process improvements and business initiatives.
- Monitor administrative processes and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure high levels of accuracy, attention to detail and customer service at all times.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative, coordinator or business support role.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
- Confident user of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently whilst also contributing positively within a team.
