The Opportunity
As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound prospecting. Working alongside experienced Account Executives and sales leaders, you'll receive structured training, ongoing coaching, and a clear development plan to build a successful career in sales.
What You'll Be Doing
- Prospecting and engaging potential customers via phone, email and LinkedIn.
- Building relationships with decision-makers across a range of organisations.
- Qualifying opportunities and booking meetings for the sales team.
- Working closely with Account Executives to generate high-quality sales pipeline.
- Continuously developing your sales skills through coaching, feedback and training.
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for ambitious, driven individuals who enjoy speaking to people, building relationships, and want to establish a long-term career in sales.
You may have experience in:
- Hospitality
- Retail

Or you may be a recent graduate looking to kick-start your career in a fast-paced commercial environment.
