Full-Time General Landscaper / Maintenance Person
We are looking for a reliable, practical and hardworking General Landscaper / Maintenance Person to join our team on a full-time basis.
The role involves carrying out landscaping, grounds maintenance and general property maintenance across two hospitality venues and one residential property. Travel between the properties will be required as part of the role.
Key responsibilities will include:
- General gardening and grounds maintenance
- Lawn care, hedge trimming, pruning and planting
- Keeping outdoor areas clean, tidy and well presented
- General property maintenance and minor repairs
- Painting, basic DIY and other practical maintenance tasks
- Identifying maintenance issues and helping to resolve them
- Working independently and managing routine tasks across multiple properties
- Seasonal outdoor work and general upkeep as required
The ideal candidate will be practical, dependable and able to work independently. Previous experience in landscaping, gardening, grounds maintenance, property maintenance or a similar hands-on role would be beneficial.
A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between properties are required. Access to a vehicle may be required depending on the agreed travel arrangements.
Position: Full-time
Salary: Negotiable, dependent on experience
