We are seeking a Joiner or a pair of Joiners with a good attention to detail and work ethic to work alongside our existing site team.
The Role
You will be carrying out full second-fix joinery works across two flats at our development on Chillingham Road, Heaton. Works include:
- Skirting boards
- Architraves
- Sill boards
- Doors and door frames
- Kitchen fits
- Wall cladding
- Bathroom fit-out joinery
Approximately 3–4 weeks of work in total. These projects offer the right candidates the ability to take a real sense of pride in what they do, with the potential for further work across our portfolio.
The Package
Our preference is price work — a fixed price for the full second-fix scope across the two flats, quoted on the schedule of works. Alternatively, an hourly rate in the range of £22–£26 p/h depending on experience and ability. Weekly pay and there is no retention.
Job Type: Temporary (approx. 3–4 weeks)

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- Joinery: 3 years (required)
Licence/Certification:
- CSCS (preferred)
- Driving Licence (preferred)
