About Accredit Solutions
At Accredit Solutions, we empower operational and security leaders to run venues and events with complete efficiency and control.
Our platform powers accreditation for some of the world’s most recognised organisations — from Premier League clubs to the National Football League, as well as global summits, stadiums, and major music festivals.
As we continue to scale rapidly, we’re looking for a Product Owner to help drive demand, build our brand presence, and support growth across international markets.
The Role
As Product Owner, you will support the delivery and ongoing development of Accredit’s product roadmap. The role is split focus between new features and functionalities and a particular focus on APIs and integrations, data flows, and system-to-system workflows.
The role is responsible for taking business, client, operational, and technical needs and turning them into clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and supporting documentation. This will help ensure that development teams understand what needs to be built, why it matters, and how it should behave.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap Support
- Working closely with the Product Team to support the delivery of the product roadmap and agreed product priorities.
- Gathering feedback from users, clients, support teams, and internal stakeholders to help identify future improvements.
- Keeping up to date with product ownership, SaaS, UX, and technology best practices.
Requirements Analysis & Discovery
- Owning and managing product requirements from initial discovery through to development, testing, release, and post-release review.
- Working with internal stakeholders and clients to understand business needs, operational challenges, and product improvement opportunities.
- Assessing new requirements against existing product functionality, workflows, user experience, configuration, permissions, and database structure.
- Translating business requirements into clear, structured user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation for development teams.
Backlog Management & Agile Delivery
- Managing and maintaining the product backlog for your work items, ensuring items are clearly defined, prioritised, and ready for development.
- Supporting planning and refinement sessions with developers, QA, and product team members to ensure requirements are understood and delivery risks are identified early.
Testing & Quality Assurance
- Working alongside the Quality Assurance team to ensure delivered functionality meets agreed requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activity, including preparing UAT documentation, reviewing feedback, and confirming expected behaviour.
Process Design & Documentation
- Creating diagrams, workflows, process maps, and supporting materials to clearly explain current and proposed product behaviour.
- Supporting the creation and upkeep of system user guides, product documentation, and other user-facing materials.
Release & Change Management
- Helping to manage product releases by supporting release notes, internal communications, training materials, and handover documentation.
- Working with client-facing teams to ensure new features and changes are clearly understood before they are released to customers.
Governance, Security & Compliance
- Assisting in ensuring that product changes comply with the company's security, data protection, and information policies.
