Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. You will contact businesses by phone and email to sell business electricity, gas, water contracts, and card payment solutions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for sales. Previous B2B or telesales experience is an advantage but not essential, as full training will be provided. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strong relationships with clients, negotiating deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Engage with potential and existing clients through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and virtual meetings to promote products and services.
- Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Negotiate terms of sales agreements effectively to maximise revenue while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Manage the sales pipeline efficiently using IT tools, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate record-keeping.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, industry trends, and competitors to provide informed advice to clients.
- Organise schedules to optimise outreach efforts and maximise sales opportunities.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client queries promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Experience in B2B sales or inside sales roles, preferably within a related industry is a plus.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in IT systems, CRM software, and MS Office applications.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and professionalism at all times.
