About the Role:
As a Mobile Cleaning Operative, you will perform specialist and extreme cleaning tasks across various properties, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and safety. The role includes:
- Void Property Cleaning – Full property cleans for social housing
- End of Tenancy Cleans – Preparing properties for new occupants
- Specialist Cleaning – Trauma cleans, clinical cleans, fire washdowns, mould removal
- Carpet Cleaning – Revitalising and maintaining hygiene in homes
- One-off Deep Cleans – Restoring tenanted properties to top condition
What We’re Looking For:
✅ A hardworking, reliable, and detail-oriented individual
✅ Previous experience (preferred but not essential)
✅ Full UK manual driving license (required)
✅ DBS certificate (preferred, but not essential)
✅ Ability to organise your time effectively and work well independently & as part of a team
Training & Support Provided:
✅ Health and Safety, Manual Handling, and COSHH training
✅ Full uniform and PPE provided
