Experienced Front of House Team Member (Part-Time)
We are looking for an experienced and reliable person to join our friendly, family-run restaurant team. We pride ourselves on creating a warm and supportive working environment, and we’re looking for someone who will become a valued part of the team.
About the role:We are specifically looking for someone with previous supervisory experience or at least 5 years’ hospitality experience, as there will be times when you will be responsible for working independently and managing service on your own.
This is a part-time position, offering approximately 7–16 hours per week, typically including:
- 1–2 weekend shifts
- 1 weekday evening shift
Shift patterns:This role involves split shifts, generally worked in blocks of 4–7 hours. Typical shifts are:
- Weekends: 10:30/11:30am – 3:00/4:00pm
- Evenings: 5:30pm – 9:30/11:00pm
Important requirements:
- Previous hospitality experience essential
- Must be confident working independently
- Driving licence / own transport essential as we are located in a rural area with no public transport and not within walking distance
About us:We are a busy, well-established restaurant with a loyal customer base, with many regular returning guests. Our clientele are predominantly aged 40–80, so we value strong customer service, confidence, and the ability to build good relationships with customers.

Pay: £12.71 per hour
