The ideal candidates will have previously worked within a hospitality environment where flawless service delivery and customer experience is paramount.
You will be responsible for the highest level of cleanliness whilst adhering to health and safety standards.
You will need to be well presented and professional as the role involves interacting with customers so you will need to be able to communicate effectively and confidently.
Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Personal Attributes:
- Previous experience in a customer focused food and beverage role
- A confident, professional and welcoming personality
- Effective communicator with an ability to build strong relationships and work effectively in a team environment
- An ability to work under pressure
Duties:
- Delivering prompt exceptional customer service
- Cleaning tables and removal of food waste
- Ensuring site facilities, including toilets, are cleaned and maintained in a timely manner
- Using cleaning machinery where necessary
- Promote all aspects of the market
- Flexible hours which will include daytime, evening, weekend & Bank Holiday shifts
