Experienced Weekend Barista & Server
Previous barista and hospitality experience is essential.
We are looking for an experienced Barista and Server to join our team at weekends. This is a busy, fast-paced role requiring confidence, strong customer service skills and the ability to produce drinks to a consistently high standard.
Please note that this is an experienced position and is not suitable as a first job. Applicants must already have relevant experience working in a café, coffee shop or similar hospitality environment.
Main responsibilities:
- Serving customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Making coffee to a consistently high standard
- Preparing smoothies, milkshakes and other cold drinks
- Taking orders and processing payments
- Working quickly and accurately during busy periods
- Keeping counters, equipment and working areas clean and tidy
- Restocking and preparing the café for service
- Supporting the wider café team when required
The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous commercial barista or café experience
- Be confident using a professional coffee machine
- Have strong customer service and communication skills
- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Work cleanly and maintain high hygiene standards
- Be reliable, organised and able to work well as part of a team
- Be available to work weekends

Pay: From £13.50 per hour
Expected hours: 16.0 per week
