The Bar
Our bar sits at the heart of the restaurant, serving a carefully curated list of signature cocktails, premium spirits and an excellent wine selection alongside one of London's busiest dining rooms.
This isn't a nightclub or a high-volume cocktail bar. It's about quality, consistency and creating a memorable guest experience.
The Role
We're looking for an experienced Senior Bartender who enjoys leading by example and takes pride in their craft.
You'll be an important part of the front-of-house leadership team, supporting junior bartenders while working closely with the restaurant floor to deliver exceptional service.
We're looking for someone who enjoys busy services, communicates well, and genuinely loves hospitality.
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Preparing cocktails, wines and beverages to a consistently high standard
- Leading the bar during busy services
- Supporting and mentoring junior bartenders
- Maintaining stock, organisation and cleanliness
- Working closely with the floor team to deliver seamless service
- Creating a welcoming atmosphere for every guest
Who We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Senior Bartender or experienced Bartender in a quality restaurant
- Excellent cocktail and wine knowledge
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Calm under pressure and highly organised
- Professional presentation and excellent English
- Positive attitude and a genuine team player
