Ecobat Solutions leverages its UK and Germany operations, technical expertise, and practical experience to bring innovative products and solutions to market. We conduct technical queries and assist in the development of bespoke products based on specific application requirements. We also work to drive advancement within our company and industry as part of our commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship, including the development of technologies and processes for recycling and resource recovery for Lithium-ion and other battery chemistries. Within Europe, Ecobat Solutions supports collection, dismantling, diagnostics and crushing/sorting capabilities to derive black mass, with a particular focus on its UK and Germany operations.

In supporting future energy and material lifecycle needs for emerging battery systems, Ecobat Solutions has been highly active in the development of advanced technologies and processes for recycling and resource recovery for Lithium-ion and other battery chemistries. The UK and Germany operations support integrated lithium battery recycling services, including collection, diagnostics, processing and management activities.

The Role
Overview
We are seeking a highly organised, numerate and commercially minded Personal Assistant to provide high level administrative and organisational support within a growing waste battery recycling business.
This is a varied role combining general PA responsibilities with commercial and key account administration. The successful candidate will be comfortable working with figures, reviewing commercial information, and maintaining accurate records.
The role will report directly to the Director and would suite someone with experience as a legal personal assistant, or working within the banking industry or as a security clerk.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities.
· Provide day to day PA and administrative support to the Director
· Manage diaries, meetings, appointments and travel arrangements.
· Prepare correspondents, reports, presentations and meeting documents
· Organise meetings and take accurate minutes when required.
· Manage incoming calls, emails and correspondence.
· Maintain organised electronic and physical filing systems.
· Handle confidential and commercially sensitive information appropriately.
· Assist with general office administrative and ad-hoc projects.
· Provide administrative support for key customer and supplier accounts
· Maintain accurate records of commercial agreements, pricing and account information.
Skills & Experience
· Strong numerical and analytical skills
· Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
· Confident working with excel and spreadsheets
· Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to handle confidential and commercially sensitive information.
· Strong administrative and record keeping skills.
· Professional, reliable and able to work independently.
· Comfortable working with figures, data and commercial information.

Remuneration
It is envisaged that the remuneration package will be competitive with similar positions.
The benefits package includes:
- Competitive salary
- 25 days holiday plus statutory.
- This is a permanent role.
Pay: £40,000.00-£43,000.00 per year
