Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Asset Manager to oversee and optimise the management of our property portfolios. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate asset records, coordinating leasing activities, and ensuring the efficient operation of our assets. Responsibilities
- Manage and update property and asset data using property management software, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Conduct regular data entry tasks related to lease agreements, tenant information, maintenance requests, and financial transactions
- Coordinate with leasing teams to facilitate tenant onboarding, renewals, and upselling opportunities to maximise occupancy rates
- Maintain professional phone etiquette when communicating with tenants, suppliers and internal teams
- Support administrative functions including filing, document preparation, and scheduling property inspections or meetings
- Assist in preparing reports on asset performance, occupancy levels, and financial metrics for management review
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to track work orders and ensure timely resolution of property issues
Requirements
- Proven experience working with property management software is highly preferred
- Strong office experience with excellent data entry skills and attention to detail
- Previous administrative experience supporting real estate or property management functions preferred
- Exceptional phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally at all times
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
- Basic knowledge of real estate terminology, leasing processes, and asset management principles is advantageous
- Familiarity with upselling techniques to promote additional services or lease renewals
