Duties

- Monitor and analyze digital engagement metrics to optimize content performance and audience reach
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all digital platforms
- Manage public relations initiatives by building strong relationships with media outlets, influencers, and community partners
- Respond promptly to online inquiries, comments, and feedback to foster positive community engagement
- Stay current on digital trends and best practices to continuously enhance communication strategies
Experience
- Proven experience in digital communications or public relations roles, demonstrating successful campaign management
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills tailored for diverse digital audiences
- Familiarity with social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content management systems
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with media contacts and internal teams
- Knowledge of public relations principles and experience in managing media relations is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or related field preferred
