Overview
We are seeking a professional and vigilant Door Supervisor to ensure the safety and security of our premises, staff, and visitors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment through effective surveillance, loss prevention, and excellent customer service. Duties
- Monitor entry and exit points
- Enforce venue policies and procedures to prevent unauthorised access or disruptive behaviour
- Provide first aid assistance when required, ensuring the safety of all individuals on site
- Maintain a visible presence to deter potential security threats and reassure visitors
- Record incidents accurately in detailed reports for future reference or investigations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy periods and special events
Experience
- Previous experience is prefered but not essential
- Full training will be given
