Duties
- Supervise daily floor operations to ensure efficiency and quality service.

- Manage inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.
- Implement training programmes for new employees, focusing on sales techniques and customer engagement.
- Maintain an organised workspace, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Utilise time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively throughout the shift.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a managerial role within a retail or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; multilingual or bilingual capabilities are an advantage.
- Proficient in administrative tasks, including scheduling and reporting.
- Demonstrated ability in sales management, with a track record of achieving targets.
- Strong phone etiquette for effective communication with customers and suppliers.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also demonstrating leadership qualities.
