ISS is a leading service provider in the UK Fresh Produce sector. Since 2014, we have expanded to four sites across Kent, employing over 1,300 colleagues. We are now looking for Warehouse Operatives to join our growing team and support the safe, efficient movement of stock across our operation.
About the Role
This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role where you will support key warehouse operations including picking, stock movement, loading and unloading. You will ensure products are handled accurately, safely and in line with customer and company requirements.
4 on 4 off shift pattern- days and nights.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and prepare orders using handheld systems, ensuring correct labelling and specifications.
- Safely operate MHE to move, load and unload stock.
- Ensure products are stored, handled and transported without compromising quality.
- Complete all required scanning and paperwork accurately.
- Work to loading schedules to ensure on-time dispatch.
- Maintain high standards of health and safety, hygiene and housekeeping.
- Support production by supplying stock to packing lines as required.
- Communicate any discrepancies or issues promptly to supervisors.

What You’ll Bring
- Previous warehouse experience (preferred).
- Confidence using MHE (training provided if required).
- Basic English and numeracy skills.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Team player with a positive and flexible approach.
