About the Group
Following the award-winning success of Sculthorpe Mill and The Ship in Brancaster, we are embarking on our most exciting project yet: the launch of The Three Horseshoes in Warham. We are preparing to open this beautiful North Norfolk site with a unique brief: to create a "modern classic pub" serving exceptional, traditional pub food alongside great local ales. The Three Horseshoes also has 10 lovely rooms.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary Range: £35,000 per annum (Depending on experience) + a generous share of tips/tronc.
- Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent (Annualised Contract)

- Hospitality can be unpredictable, but your income shouldn't be. We offer an
- annualised contract averaged at 48 hours per week . This means you get 100% financial security with a steady, predictable monthly salary all year round—even during the quiet winter months when your actual working hours drop significantly
- Working Pattern: 5 days over 7, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Who You AreThis is a perfect role for an ambitious Senior Supervisor looking to step up into management, or an established Duty Manager looking to make their mark on a landmark new opening.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience leading shifts on the floor in a busy gastro-pub, premium restaurant, or busy bar.
- Beyond Supervision: You are fully confident running a floor independently, managing the team during high-volume service, cashing up tills, and securing the building at night.
- The Extra Step: You don't just assign tasks; you proactively train staff, resolve guest issues on the spot with charm, and understand how to keep the atmosphere buzzing.
