**Job Title:** Barista
**Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented supervisor to join our team. Barista training is a must. You will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. You will also be the manager on shift, placing orders and opening and closing the cafe. If you have a passion for coffee and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
**Duties:**
- Prepare and serve a range of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner to ensure exceptional service
- Operate coffee-making equipment such as espresso machines and grinders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system accurately
- Follow recipes and adhere to food safety standards
- Assist in stocking inventory and supplies as needed
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Understanding of food safety practices
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £12.71-£13.75 per hour
