Supporting the warehouse function in terms of control and movement of stock – inbound, outbound and whilst in situ
Working hours: 2pm - 10:30pm Monday - Friday - £6.50 per shift shift allowance.
FLT License required for the role.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Ensure warehouse items are counted as per schedule set each week – these schedules will vary week on week.

Report any inventory discrepancies in a timely manner to avoid out of stock situations.

Reconciliation of inventory on WMS
- Support warehouse when receiving goods in.

Ensure that we are maintaining all housekeeping disciplines.

Ensure we are working to and supporting First In First Out stock rotation rules

Liaise on a week by week basis with Quality Assurance to ensure that any stock on hold is managed in a timely manner.

Ensure we adhere to allergen segregation rules.

Completion of monthly and end of year stocktake in conjunction with warehouse manager.

At all times be aware and observant of Health & Safety regulations ensuring you create a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.

Ensure your area of work is audit ready at all times ensuring our site standards are met.

Raise any Health & Safety concerns with the Area Manager.
