About Us
We are a UK-based recruitment consultancy with a growing presence in Dubai. We are expanding our Dubai desk and are looking for an experienced, commercially driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team. You will be working closely with our Dubai team, playing a key role in developing new business and delivering exceptional recruitment solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated recruiter who enjoys building client relationships and contributing to the growth of a successful international recruitment business.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities across the Dubai market, with a focus on expanding our Dubai desk.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development through to successful candidate placement.
- Source, screen, interview, and present high-quality candidates for commercial vacancies.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ proven recruitment experience working on a commercial desk in Dubai.
- Strong understanding of the Dubai recruitment market.
- Demonstrable business development experience with a track record of winning new clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Applicants must be based in Surrey or the London area.
- Fluent English (written and spoken). Additional languages are advantageous.
