Key responsibilities:
- Accurately dispense prescriptions in line with legal and professional standards
- Provide a warm, helpful and professional service to patients at the counter and over the phone
- Manage stock levels, including ordering, receiving and rotating medicines
- Support the pharmacist with day-to-day operations and services
- Maintain accurate records and ensure the dispensary remains clean, organised and compliant
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
What we're looking for:
- A recognised Pharmacy Dispenser qualification (NVQ Level 2 in Pharmacy Services or equivalent)
- Previous experience working in a community pharmacy setting is desirable
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to your work
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for patient care
- The ability to work well as part of a close-knit team
