As a Field Installation Manager at Wren, you'll oversee kitchen and bedroom installations from start to finish, ensuring smooth delivery and high customer satisfaction. You’ll manage subcontracted teams, uphold quality standards, and take full ownership of each project from job allocation to final sign-off. Covering locations in the North East of England.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end installations, ensuring clear customer communication throughout
- Coordinate with internal teams to keep projects on track and resolve issues quickly
- Support and guide subcontractors on-site, ensuring quality and compliance
- Schedule and monitor installations to meet deadlines and standards
- Carry out site audits to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to standards
- Assess new subcontractors for suitability and performance
- Communicate progress and resolve issues to maintain customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to improve processes
- Track costs and optimise resource use
- Manage warranty visits and escalate issues where needed
- Conduct technical site visits for escalations and report findings
- Work with showroom teams to gather feedback and drive improvements
