Fife Country, the retail division of Hoggs of Fife is a family run business, with a design and manufacturing history going back to 1888. We specialise in Footwear and Country Clothing.
We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join us on a temporary basis, contracted until 18th December with a possibility of extension until end of Feb 2026. Ideally full-time, but part-time may be considered.
Responsibilities will include:-
- Handling incoming calls
- Processing orders from telephone and post
- Resolving customer enquiries, via telephone, email and live chat
- General administration tasks
- Accurately record and update customer information and ensure that the Data Protection Act and Fife Country processes are adhered to at all times
- Processing returns and refunds
We are looking for someone, who has enthusiasm and motivation to deliver excellent customer service. You will be a strong team player, flexible in approach to your working hours, have strong written and verbal communication skills along with experience in a similar role. You should be confident in using a computer and have good keyboard skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft packages. We need someone who can work on their own as well as part of a team in a busy office environment.
Start date 24th August.
