We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our busy Aftersales team, based at either our Christchurch or Poole dealership.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone already working within the motor trade who understands the pace, variety and importance of a busy service department. If you are confident dealing with customers, workshop teams and daily bookings, and you enjoy being part of a team where no two days are the same, we would love to hear from you.
We are a family-run main dealer group representing MG, Citroën and Peugeot, combining the supportive feel of a family business with the structure, systems and technology of a modern dealership.
Our service departments use digital systems to make the customer journey smoother, including clearer customer updates, digital authorisations, workshop communication and efficient invoicing. We are looking for someone who can use these tools confidently to help keep customers informed and the department running smoothly.
As a Service Advisor, you will be one of the key links between our customers and our workshop. You will welcome customers, book vehicles in for service, MOT and repairs, listen carefully to customer concerns, keep customers updated throughout the day, explain work required, gain authorisation, prepare invoices and help deliver a professional and positive customer experience.
We are especially keen to hear from candidates who already have experience as a Service Advisor, Aftersales Advisor, Workshop Controller, Service Receptionist or similar motor trade role.
You will need to be organised, calm under pressure and confident communicating with customers both face to face and over the phone. You should be able to manage a busy workload, prioritise clearly and work closely with technicians, parts and the wider service team.
