We are looking for an experienced cocktail bartender to join our team at 62 Castle Street Hotel. A 4* boutique hotel in the centre of Liverpool with a reputation for quality and great customer service. If any of the following applies to you, send us your CV!!

Candidates with cocktail experience is essential. So only apply if you have a passion for making/serving great cocktails whilst giving a 5 star customer experience. Duties to include:
- Supporting the day to day operations of the bar
- Confident in creating and serving a variety of cocktails
- Using till system, taking orders accurately and processing payments
- Excellent communications skills and customer service
- Punctual and presentable at all times with impeccable personal hygiene
- Nurture relationships with customers to increase loyalty and boost our brands reputation
- Promote products and upsell to customers
- Maintain a clean and organised bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
- Being flexible and willing to work overtime will be a requirement of this role
- Most importantly checking customer IDs to ensure they meet the legal drinking age
