Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and personable Nail Technician to join our professional beauty team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality nail treatments, ensuring clients leave feeling pampered and satisfied. Duties
- Perform a variety of nail treatments including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art.
- Make personalised recommendations based on client preferences and nail health.
- Maintain cleanliness and sterilisation of all tools and workstations in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with clients professionally and courteously.
- Assist clients with colour selection and aftercare advice to ensure optimal results.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in nail art and techniques through continuous professional development.
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximise client satisfaction and operational flow.
- Promote retail products such as nail polishes, treatments, and skincare items to enhance client experience.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Nail Technician is preferred but not essential; training can be provided for the right candidate.
- Proficiency in makeup application is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Excellent communication skills to understand client needs and explain treatments clearly.
- A friendly, professional attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding beauty services.
- Knowledge of current trends in nail art and beauty treatments is desirable but not essential.
