Job Overview

Duties
- Oversee day-to-day cleaning operations to ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Monitor staff time sheets and prepare hours accurately for payroll processing.
- Assist with scheduling and staff rotas to meet operational needs.
- Work alongside the operatives as required, demonstrating a flexible and practical approach.
- Ensure all health & safety and company policies are followed.
Skills
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written, to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Strong customer service skills, demonstrating a friendly and professional attitude at all times.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A valid driving licence is essential.
- Supervisory or team leader experience is preferred.
- Flexibility to work different shifts when needed.
- Be willing to cover contracts in the event of staff sickness and holidays.
- A conscientious, self motivated and proactive approach to work.
