Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of beauty treatments including facials, waxing, and other Level 2/3 therapies and complementary
- Deliver high-quality customer service by understanding client needs and offering suitable treatments
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all treatment areas
- Keep accurate records of treatments provided and client preferences
- Promote additional services and retail products to enhance client satisfaction and business growth
- Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product knowledge
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
Requirements
- Hold recognised Level 2 or 3 Beauty Therapy and complimentary qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members
- Fluent in English, with clear verbal communication skills
- Organised, reliable, and able to work flexibly within a team environment
- Passionate about the beauty industry and committed to ongoing professional development
