About the Role
We're looking for a reliable and hardworking Picker & Packer to join our e-commerce supplements fulfilment team. This is a hands-on role at the heart of our operations — you'll be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders to ensure every package leaves in perfect condition and on time.
Our products are small lightweight and handled with care. You won't be lifting heavy stock, but you will be expected to work with precision and pace in a fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
-Pick stock accurately against order lists, ensuring every item is correct before packing
- orders neatly and securely to a consistent standard
-Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-organised workspace at all times
-Label, sort, and prepare shipments for dispatch
-Monitor stock levels and flag any discrepancies or low stock to the manager
-Follow all internal procedures and quality checks with a careful eye for detail
-Support the wider team during busy periods to meet dispatch deadlines
