Rosemont Care is a specialist home care, domiciliary and supported living care provider recognised for the flexibility we offer in delivering tailored support to individuals with autism, learning disabilities, behavioural challenges and complex clinical needs. The majority of the people we support are children and young adults. We believe outstanding care starts with a well trained, confident workforce, and we are now investing in a dedicated Training Manager to lead this function across our Medway and Romford branches.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Health and Social Care Trainer, Learning and Development professional, or CQC Compliance Trainer ready to step up into a permanent training leadership role.
