Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Transformation Business Analyst to lead and execute a critical technology migration project. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless transitions for our customers from legacy systems to modern technologies.

Responsibilities
Project Planning and Strategy:

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.

Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

Create risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
Customer Migration:

Analyse existing systems and data to identify migration requirements.

Lead end-to-end migration efforts, ensuring minimal disruption to customer operations.

Coordinate with technical teams to execute data mapping, transformation, and validation.

Communicate migration progress to customers and manage expectations.
Analytical Preparation:

Conduct thorough analysis of legacy systems, identifying pain points and areas for improvement.

Collaborate with business analysts to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Develop data migration strategies, considering data quality, security, and scalability.
Change Management:

Facilitate change management processes, ensuring smooth adoption of new technologies.
-
Engage with stakeholders to address concerns, provide training, and manage expectations.

Monitor user feedback and adjust implementation plans as needed.
Project Execution and Monitoring:

Oversee project execution, tracking milestones, deliverables, and budget.

Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and infrastructure specialists.

Regularly report project status to senior management and escalate issues as necessary.
Quality Assurance:

Implement quality control processes to validate successful migrations.

Conduct post-migration assessments to ensure data integrity and system functionality.

Address any discrepancies promptly and efficiently.
Documentation and Knowledge Transfer:

Maintain accurate project documentation, including technical specifications, user guides, and process flows.

Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions for internal teams and customers.
Requirements

Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.

Proven experience managing complex technical projects, preferably involving system migrations.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

High proficiency in Excel.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
