Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure the highest standards of care are maintained amongst our teams. The Supervisor will be responsible for managing staff, coordinating care plans, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct client, reviews and risk assessments in alignment with current standards.
- Provide personal care to clients, maintaining professional standards at all times.
- Cover care calls when necessary to ensure continuity of service.
- Provide leadership to the care teams at CareYourWay Macclesfield.
- Support all members of the care department by adhering to best practices, policies, procedures, legislative requirements, and relevant regulations under the Manager's direction.
- Supervise care services and spot-check at CareYourWay Macclesfield according to established standards.
- Maintain current skill levels and participate in training and development as needed to keep practices up to date.
- Work up to one weekend out of every two and be on-call one weekend out of every six and occasionally during weekend evenings.
- Ensure all employees contribute to the efficient operation of the service and supervise them.
- Be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of the individuals they support.
